A steady, thoughtful approach to therapy
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Therapy is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you understand what you’re carrying—and learning how to live with more clarity, steadiness, and relief.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect during my first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free.
How long does therapy take?
Therapy is a highly individualized process. Some clients feel better after just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll collaborate to set goals and regularly check in to ensure therapy is meeting your needs.
What issues do you specialize in?
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and stress-related concerns. I work with both teens and adults and tailor therapy to fit each person’s needs and goals.
What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?
ART is an evidence-based therapy that helps people resolve trauma and distress quickly—often in just a few sessions. It uses eye movements and imagery to help reframe painful experiences without having to go into detail. It’s especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and phobias.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Texas. Telehealth can be a convenient and effective option for many people.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about how life could feel with more clarity and support, therapy might be a good next step. Reaching out doesn’t mean something is “wrong”—it means you’re ready to explore what could be different.
